POS that matches the rest of your campaign
Run booth sales, auction settlements, and door purchases on Stripe Terminal with the Paddle-Up staff app—same campaign, same fees story, same receipts as online checkout.

Event day is where spreadsheets fail. Volunteers need a clear sale flow on a phone or tablet, card readers that work when Wi‑Fi is busy, and totals that land in the same place as ticket and auction payments. Paddle-Up ties POS activity to your campaign so finance is not reconciling a separate Square account after the gala.
Stripe Terminal & card readers
In-person payments use Stripe Terminal. Readers connect through your Stripe account; rates for card-present transactions often differ from online checkout—see Stripe Terminal pricing for your region alongside Paddle-Up's 0.1% + $0.15 platform fee per successful transaction.
Staff iOS app
Auction staff and volunteers use the Paddle-Up iOS app for on-site bidder setup, POS, and night-of workflows aligned with the web dashboard. Hardware Terminal flows use a custom development client or production build—Expo Go alone does not replace a Terminal-ready build.
- Sell catalog and booth items without a separate POS vendor
- Settle winning bids and walk-up purchases into campaign reporting
- Keep volunteers on the same permissions model as the dashboard
Festival booths & multi-station nights
Festival and multi-table events need more than one till. POS stations can sell against campaign inventory while table games and sponsorships run in the same workspace—so booth captains and finance share one ledger.

One transparent rate—Stripe processing plus 0.1% + $0.15 per transaction. AI is pay-as-you-go when you use the assistant—purchase tokens per organization. The models we run are not cheap; including unlimited AI in our low per-transaction fee would not be sustainable.
